The guys did a fantastic job. All my ducts were cleaned with the exception of the ducts at the end of our house that had mold and in disrepair (35 year old ducts).
They showed me the damage visually with photos and provided me with a competitive bid for the cleaning and replacement of the ducts that I could compare to other companies.
The front office was very effective working with me on the bid and communicating with me to set up a time that was convenient for the work to be done.
The price was fair, and the work and cleanup were done to my satisfaction.
As all of my family suffers from allergies, I appreciate the work they did to relieve us of a potential hazard in our home.

I just purchased my home and at the last minute decided to have the air ducts, dryer duct and chimney cleaned before we moved in. I called Pure Airways and they send someone over that day to look things over and send an estimate. the tech sent clear photos of the what he saw and the price was acceptable. They were able to get me on the schedule and take care of everything before the house was full of furniture and barking dogs!
