Finding mold in our A/C was miserable, but I am so so glad I found these guys to fix it. Heather & Jamie were super easy to work with and fantastic at overseeing everything. Devon, who provided the quote and did the actual mold mitigation, is such an all-star. Super communicative and reliable. And really good at what he does – gave me a few options, educated me along the way, and took care of everything in just one day. The guys did a fantastic job. All my ducts were cleaned with the exception of the ducts at the end of our house that had mold and in disrepair (35 year old ducts).
They showed me the damage visually with photos and provided me with a competitive bid for the cleaning and replacement of the ducts that I could compare to other companies.
The front office was very effective working with me on the bid and communicating with me to set up a time that was convenient for the work to be done.
The price was fair, and the work and cleanup were done to my satisfaction.
As all of my family suffers from allergies, I appreciate the work they did to relieve us of a potential hazard in our home.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I just purchased my home and at the last minute decided to have the air ducts, dryer duct and chimney cleaned before we moved in. I called Pure Airways and they send someone over that day to look things over and send an estimate. the tech sent clear photos of the what he saw and the price was acceptable. They were able to get me on the schedule and take care of everything before the house was full of furniture and barking dogs! LOL I was afraid to use the fireplace and knew I needed it done before winter – so glad its done – it looks beautiful! Thank you Devon and the Pure Airways TEAM!
